Gay Marriage legalized?!

On July 20, 2005 Canada was one of the fourth country to legalize same sex marriage.  They have been legalizing same sex marriage ever since 1999. Same sex marriage was first introduced by prime minister Paul Martin's liberal Minority government in the Canada house of commons on February 1 2005. It was passed by the house of commons on June 28 by the senate on July 19th 2005 and it received assent the following day. In 2006 during the election, the house of commons defeated a motion to reopen the vote of 175 to 123 on December 7th 2006. This was the third vote supporting same sex marriage taken by three parliaments under three prime ministers in three different years. The vote for allowing same sex marriage was over voted, meaning there was more people who voted to allow same sex marriage. Same sex marriage was then brought back into Canada as one of the top 10 biggest events
















I agree that this is a really big event because well...lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) is NOT natural, marriage is supposed to be MEN and WOMEN not men and men or women and women..even though its what they consider "love" its not natural for a male to be attracted to another male. Two males can not live a normal life and have a normal marriage, trying to have kids and such. A child needs a male and female role model as a role model in their lives, because if a gay couple adopts a child, the child will most likely turn gay, by just watching two men kiss, they'll think its ok to be gay, that its just a normal thing.  Since Gay marriage is now legal in one of the most biggest and most safe country it will open doors to all sorts of behavior. They will think since being gay is ok, its  be ok to...have divorces, abortions etc cause those events are just as big as allowing gay marriage.

The gay marriage is such a big event because a lot of races live in Canada, people with different religions and some religions don't believe or not supposed to believe in gay marriage and it could affect them, since now its legal in Canada they might want to move somewhere where there is not gay marriage and Canada starts to lose population because people see boys holding and kissing and find it disturbing.

Why McDonalds is better than Harveys

"Here you go ma'am" said the worker.  "Wha thank you kind sir, hey whats that nasty sto over there, what it say?...haaarvehyzs? whats dat...like...steve harveyzs stuudio?...imma go check it owt". "No you dont wuwna go there.....it's filled with crusty and greasy beef...and faaake catfish  brehd" the worker added.  "You sho?". "I'm deaaad sho" the worker said. "Ok, i truhst ya"

McDonald's has blessed food. Unlike Harvey's which has left over food from probably one week ago. Harvey's poutine curds are not fresh and soft, their hard. Whereas McDonald's poutine curds ARE fresh, soft and easy to swallow.  It has  fresh fries, and nice silky gravy. McDonald's  is way better than Harvey's because more people go to McDonald's than they go Harvey's, it has a larger spans than Harvey's and its sales are still growing faster. Everyday McDonald's serve egg muffin, happy meal, snack wrap, big Mac, french fries because so many people buy it, those are the top 5 most bought foods at McDonald's.

Harvey's only mainly sell the kids combo, because that's probably all the people want from there. And maybe because Harvey's is closer than McDonald's and they're too lazy to go all the way to Mcdonald's to get good food, they'd rather eat bad food that's closer to them than good food which is not that far. Who wouldn't want to sacrifice just a few of their time driving to get Mcdonald's?. Mcdonalds makes people happy, especially kids, but adults might feel happy too that Mcdonald's is not that expensive. The cost of medium french fries is only $1.69! and a large is $1.89, what parent wouldn't want to spend that little bit of money to make their child happy. Harvey's medium fries are $1.99 and large fries are $2.59, that's crazy, who in their right mind would want to spend that much more money?? when you could just go to Mcdonalds and get it freshly made, cheaper and way more better fries.

Harveys was found in 1959 in Richmond hill. Whereas Mcdonald's was found in april 15, 1955 by Ray kroc in the united states. This also shows that McDonald's is way better known than Harvey's, means Mcdonalds IS better than Harveys. Harveys fries are stale, dry and hard to swallow, its like trying to swallow dry bread. Their burgers are big but very easy to fall apart, as soon as you hold it up a tomato or lettuce falls out. No need to worry about all those stuff when it comes to Mconalds. Mcdonald's fries are soft, salty, long, and you wont choke on it. Their burgers are well stabled, the mayo stays IN the sandwich along with the tomatoes and lettuce.

Like a good person i am, i'm just trying to prevent people from choking off of Harveys food. If you don't want to choke on fries i suggest you not go to Harvey's. The only thing i recommend getting from Harvey's is their drinks. Now if you want some good, tasty, cheap junk food, go to Mcdonald's. Another interesting fact was that the phrase "i'm loving it" from Mcdonalds was invented by Justin timber lake, and he was paid 6 million dollars for the song. Whats harvey's phrase? oh wait...Harvey's doesn't have a phrase. What fast food restaurant doesn't have a phrase?...yikes.

Domestic violence

Domestic violence is violent or aggressive behavior usually involving the violent abuse of a spouse or partner. Domestic violence is mostly caused by drugs, depression or when a partner feels the need to control and dominate the other. The partner that wants to be controlling only abuses maybe because of low self esteem, or extreme jealousy. I'ts mostly the men to abuse the women because some men believe that they have the right to control women and that women are not equal to men.
 


well, they're WRONG because both men and women are equal. Men need women just as much as women need men. If it was not for women we wouldn't be here, woman deliver babies. Men make babies. The power that the men think they have (not all men) takes the form of emotional, physical or sexual abuse. It is shown that domestic violent abusers learn violent behavior from their family, people in their community and other influences growing up. They may have seen violence or been a victim. This is not right because children who witness violence may believe that violence is a reasonable way to solve a situation between people.  Boys who see their dad violating their mom learn that women are not to be valued or respected are more likely to abuse women when they grow up. Not just men abuse women, girls who also witness violence will grow up and take advantage of their husbands.


Sometimes domestic violence can lead to death, suicide, or murder. The partner may be too high or drunk to control them self, and something bad happens, the partner goes too far.  And the next day the partner does not remember a thing. Here are some ways to prevent domestic violence.

1. Do not let any kids near violence or abusive parents, or it will continue and when they get older it will influence them to do it.

2. Make serious consequences for domestic violence, so they learn their lesson and show kids what would happen to them if they do grow up to be abusive.

3. Help woman and men to stand up for themselves.

4. Be an example to kids and your community.

5.  Tell someone.

Tattoos and Piercings

Hello people, have you ever thought about getting tattoos or piercing,  well i'm here to guide you. Tattoos might make you look cool and strong, well it depends what kind of tattoos you get. If you get a bull on your face, with a whole bunch of piercing people would just think your psycho, and you'll just look like an idiot wanna be. The point is getting a tattoo might be really risky, here are some reasons why. Reason one, Skin cancer. The ink that are used on their skin may contain metal. Different colour tattoos such as blue, contains cobalt and aluminum. Red ink contains mercurial sulfide which can attack the skin. Reason two. Skin infections/allergic reactions. Tattoos can cause skin infections along with allergic reactions to the dye lichen skin infections. Any reactions to tattoos are caused by where the tattoo is located. If the tattoo covers a birth mark or mole it is a high possibility of receiving skin cancer, especially if darker dyes are used and cover the mole area. Here are some ways you can PREVENT all these things. 1. Make sure to leave healthy skin around any moles or birthmarks when getting a tattoo. 2. Make sure the tattoo artist washes their hands and wear gloves while working on your tattoo. And 3. Ask the artist about how their equipment and surfaces are clean and if they throw away used needles.  My advice to you is..to follow my advises. good luck, if you ever choose to get a tattoo or piercing, same rules apply to piercings.
